Super Perfast
The Super Perfast is a complete working centre that simultaneously cut and polishes gravure cylinders.This in turn dramatically speeds up operations while guaranteeing very tight geometric tolerances.

Program run
After loading the cylinder into the machine and selecting the proper program, you just have to push the start button.The complete operation runs fully automatically.The result is a finished cylinder with a surface ready to engrave.Additionally to this automatic mode it is possible to run the machine in manual mode

Processing times
- The processing times depend fundamentally on the cylinder quality,diamond adjustment and the required roughness
- Minimal feed rates for simultaneous cutting and grinding are 120 mm/min., maximum values are 300 mm/min.
- Typical processing times for a cylinder with 1000 mm circumference and 1300 mm face length:

Side cutting: 3 min.
Simultaneous cutting: 13 min.
Fine polishing ('MULTIPASS'): when required
Squeeging: 1 min.
Clamping, declamping, measuring: 3 min

'ZERO TOOL' automatic preset software
This new Software allows the maximum precision during the replacement of the 'lateral' tools and, the most important, the 'central' tool.The operator, after mounted the new tool/s, has only to push on the console 'zero tool' and, in 30 seconds, thenew tool/s is ready to work.
