PROGRESS LINE
The 'Progress Plating Line' represents the result of the most recent experience in rotogravure cylinder reparation, where the simple and versatile procedures and the proven technology are combined.

The 'Progress' Line is consisting of:
• Electrolytic degreasing machine or manual degreasing and washing machine
 • Nickel-plating machine
• Sulphate copper-plating machine
• Electrolytic (cathodic) de-chroming machine or manual de-chroming and washing machine
• Chrome-plating machine
• Polishing machine for chrome

The structure of the machines is a steel frame electrically welded, coated with acid-resistant paints, which carries a tank for containing the electrolytes and in the upper part a working tank.The tanks can be made in PVC, polypropylene, titanium or stainless steel depending upon the construction and operation schedule.
